- Recommended to be worn over black base coat, as colours pop best that way. The three polishes in this particular series are very sheer, even with 3 coats. So just use the black base coat!
I've submitted a photo of my own bottle of it. Definitely more green-purple than any blue, despite the name. This is my favourite colour of this series of three. I would have named it Octarine, in honor of Sir Terry Pratchett. - xxLAYUPxx
